- “Services” refer to the online English language classes offered on our website.
- “User,” “You,” or “Your” refers to any person who accesses or uses our website.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By accessing or using our website, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
You may need to register for an account to access certain features of our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our online English language classes are designed for adult learners (18 years and older). By enrolling in our classes, you agree to abide by our class policies and guidelines.
We use Thrive Cart for online payments. By making a payment through Thrive Cart, you agree to their terms of service and privacy policy.

All content and materials provided as part of our services, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and course materials, are the property of Honed English and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
To the extent permitted by law, Honed English shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Policies at any time without prior notice. By continuing to access or use our website after any changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Policies.
These Terms and Policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
